Justin's diverse background instilled in him a strong work ethic and a deep commitment to justice. Raised on a family farm in Marysville, he learned the value of hard work and responsibility from a young age. This dedication was further honed during his eight years of service in the U.S. Army as a Military Policeman, including two deployments to the Middle East.
Justin's commitment to public service continued at The Ohio State University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Military History, and subsequently at Capital University Law School. Prior to co-founding Frey Wagner LLP with his law school classmate, Justin served the Marion County community as an Assistant Prosecutor. In this role, he successfully prosecuted a wide range of felony offenses, from serious crimes such as Rape and Attempted Murder to other serious felonies.
